I don't know if I can find the words to give this book its due justice, but I have been looking for a book on enemas that can give me some insight on just how important they are, I have an autoimmune disease, CFS and food sensitivities and I have been trying the Gerson Therapy (only the food and juices part) and came across this book, I truly believe what he says in this book about medical drugs and doctors ( I do believe in surgery if necessary or doctors in a trauma situation) but I have been trying water enemas on his recommendations on how frequently and how much water to use ect... I have to say I feel better and have more energy than I have had in quite some time so I plan to continue with the treatments, what he says about hygiene and clean living seems to be just common sense but why do we have such a hard time living by just common sense, this book was great and vary insightful! I am so glad they reprinted this book!!Product details

truly great book
Mostly, the author pushes the use of enemas, states that all disease comes from colon problems, and the use of drugs should stop. This, from 1907!
